This is a fast-paced position that requires much organization, commitment, and willingness to learn. I came on board with no background in Real Estate, but was able to obtain my Real Estate License within the first two months of working for Mary. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can obtain licensing and train alongside me to be prepared to take over as Mary’s full-time Assistant in August.
Because of the nature of the position and the time required for training we are not looking for a temporary hire; we’d like to find the right fit to assist Mary long-term. The job encompasses both professional (administrative) and personal assistant aspects; every day is a bit different! Daily schedules include tasks such as showing condos/homes to prospective buyers, preparing contracts, coordinating appointments, communicating with Realtors and other real estate professionals (title companies, inspectors, appraisers, etc.) and much more. A friendly persona and communication skills are highly important due to the heavy communication the job entails!
As mentioned, you are not required to have a background in Real Estate, but you do need to have a willingness to put in the time and energy required to obtain licensing! If you are interested in this position, or have questions relating to this position, please contact me at [email protected].
