On the drive over I started to panic as a storm was on its way. We passed some beautiful buildings and typical downtown scenes, but I knew I wanted to photograph Shelly in the market with all the colors to capture what I think of when I think of San Antonio (Fiesta anyone??) It turned out AMAZING because the storm absolutely cleared out the marketplace (the shops closed down and the streets were almost empty).
We loved how the photos turned out, and we had a great time catching up afterwards. My favorite thing about the shoot was when it started raining, and Shell (fully dressed up, hair and make up done, on our way to eat dinner) suggested that she could run out in the rain. SO COOL. If you look closely in the third to last picture you can see the rain coming down, and the lighting was beautiful because of it.
Thanks Shelly for always helping me out... I hope you like the pictures as much as I do :)
