the very worst of humanity, yet they are full of joy and grace and kindness.
They are daughters of a King who loves them beyond measure and who boasts
of their worth. They were rescued, ransomed, and redeemed by the Most High
who paid the ultimate price for their lives. He is restoring them more and more
each day, as He promises that in ALL things He works for the good of
those who love Him. He sees the longings of their hearts and has plans for their
future that far outweigh the circumstances of their past. He wants them to know
that they are worth so much more than what they have been through. He wants them
to see themselves through the lens that He sees them: as the lovely, treasured,
valued little girls that they are. He knows that someday they will grow up to be
amazing women of God, but today he rejoices that they are brave, wonderful,
inspirational little girls. Their future is bright; their Savior has called them
to inherit His Kingdom and to share a powerful testimony of unfailing love. Some
day they will adorn luminous crowns attained by grace alone, for they have
traded in the darkest ashes for incomprehensible beauty.”
Restore Her is a branch of Still Creek Ranch’s ministry and is currently
the largest, long-term safe home for victims of human trafficking in
the United States. Their mission statement is to bring children from
Crisis to New Creation. God has big plans for this ministry. As a whole, Still Creek
operates solely off of donations; they do not receive any state or federal grants
or funding. Take a moment and let that sink in…they are operating solely off of
donations to fund this huge undertaking. I hope that you will prayerfully consider
donating to this worthy cause. There are so many lives that can be restored with
proper resources. Still Creek is holding their Fall Fundraiser on October 24th,
2013 at 6pm at the Brazos Center. You can donate locally by contributing funds
and buying a seat at the fall fundraising banquet, OR from a distance by visiting
their website (www.still-creek.org). Some of the Still Creek Kids will share their personal
testimonies on their journey from crisis to new creation, so please consider
supporting them and praying for their progress. I am so excited for the future
of this ministry and can only hope that funding will continue to come forth to
extend the reach of God’s plan for restoration and hope.
For more information on the prevalence and proximity of human sex trafficking
within the United States, and more specifically within our state alone, please

girls, and my only hope is that more girls can be rescued and restored.
